Whiskers is a handsome and friendly fellow who was transferred to the Sanctuary at Haafsville from another shelter. He was recently adopted with another FIV- cat with whom he got along with very well. The adopters absolutely loved him. Unfortunately, Whiskers was not a fan of their dog and was constantly aggressive with him. The adopters tried to make it work. They were heartbroken to make the decision to return Whiskers. The adopters reported that Whiskers is an excellent and gentle companion for all family members, especially children. Whiskers is very affectionate and is a lap cat. He is always ready for petting and cuddling. Whiskers loves to be by your side while you’re relaxing and watching television. Whiskers is a good boy who has so much love to give.

Whiskers is 3 to 4 years old, healthy, neutered, vaccinated, negative for FeLV, litter trained and microchipped. He is FIV+ and can happily co-exist with other friendly cats. FIV+ cats can live long, happy and healthy lives.
